Spring Walks – Nut Plains Woods

Nut Plains Woods began as 57-acre woodland purchased by the GLCT with funding from an anonymous donor in 1972, and it has grown to 116 acres. Come enjoy a 2 hour walk by streams, wetlands, towering tulip trees, wildflowers and rocky ridges with GLCT Board member Janet Ainsworth. Meet at the trail entrance on Cindy Lane off of White Birch Drive.

Please meet 10 minutes ahead of hike start time. Leashed dogs may attend hikes, unless otherwise stated in descriptions above. Heavy rain cancels the hike, a light drizzle does not. Wear boots for spring mud.
