Westwoods Challenge Hike 3 – Tree At The Split Rock And Lost Lake Vista — Sam Hill Road

Meet at 1:30 pm at the intersection of Sam Hill and Leete’s Island Roads as we’ll be starting this hike on the white circle trail. If the parking area is full, you can park all along Sam Hill Road. [est around 1-1/2 hours]
These are a series of fun hikes for kids of all ages with the group heading to some of the many really interesting destinations found in Westwoods. Guilford Cub Scouts will be joining us on these hikes, but everyone is welcome. The hikes are moderate in length and pace, with lots of time added to talk about the sights, the environment, and why Westwoods is so special.
Please get to the trailhead about 10 minutes ahead of hike start times. Heavy rain (or snow) will cancel the hike.
