$127,500 Grant Award for Bluff Head

GLCT is pleased to announce that with the award of a State of CT Open Space grant of $127,500, we have reached our fundraising goal to cover the cost of our $425,000 acquisition of the Bartlett Land Preserve on Bluff Head. We again thank the Bartlett family who, in addition to agreeing to sell the larger property to GLCT, also donated to the GLCT a second 60-acre parcel.

Thank you to the hundreds of supporters who made this possible in a year with no gatherings for fundraising and no hikes even to show you what we were acquiring. What a community we have.
