Neck River North Trail Maintenance at Nortontown Road

GHS Senior Andrew Plancon’s Senior Project is to improve Neck River North trail so they’re easier to navigate and we’re scheduling this work party to help in that task. We’ll know more about the task list as we get closer to this weekend, but assume you should bring along the loppers, clippers and hand tools we normally use for trail work. If you’d like to help, dress for winter weather, and plan to meet us at the Neck River North trail entrance, just north of house number 725 and south of the intersection with Squaw Lane. [est 2 to 2-1/2 hours]

Rain or significant snow will usually cancel any of these work parties, so if you have questions about the schedule, please feel free to contact me stewardship@guilfordlandtrust.org or Paul Proulx pauljproulx@comcast.net on the morning of each event. We’ll also announce cancellations or schedule changes by email, so it’s a good idea to check your mail before you leave the house. Paul also carries his cell phone (203-687-7756) on these events, so if you’re late and want people to wait, give him a call.
