Preserving Plum Island

Join us for a presentation on Sunday, June 2nd at 4pm. Learn how you can help preserve this incredible public resource.

Plum Island, located in eastern Long Island Sound, is home to the nation’s foreign animal disease center, as well as several endangered species and unique habitats. Chris Cryder, Land Campaign Manager for Save the Sound, will speak and show new imagery of Plum Island. Chris has been working for Save the Sound for the past 12 years and is currently the outreach coordinator for the Preserve Plum Island Coalition.
