Loop 12 Trail Work – Westwoods Three Corners Road Entrance

We walked this Loop at the end of March and found connecting trails that need blazing (Yellow/Yellow Cross and Yellow Diamond) and an unauthorized trail that needs to be permanently closed, There’s a large (about 20ft) and several smaller muddy section of the Yellow Square that needs corduroy. Paul will bring the blaze materials and nails as well as a chainsaw. We’ll need at least one more saw and hand tools (axe or splitting maul) to fashion corduroy from deadfalls in the area. If you’d like to help, dress for warmish spring weather and have decent boots. Plan to meet at the Three Corners Road Entrance to Westwoods. When you park be careful not to obstruct any of the driveways. [est 2 – 3 hours]
