SUMMARY:Walk n Work Hike - Westwoods at Lower Moose Hill Road
DESCRIPTION:Our third ‘walk ’n work party’ of the year\, open to all interested in helping but not so interested in the noise and equipment used on many of our work parties.   Like all our W n’W outings this trail season\, we’ll continue our work posting the new plastic blazes.  This week we will be starting the blue rectangle trail from the Moose Hill Road parking lot.  As with all our walk’n work parties\, this will all be work with hand tools … no chainsaws or heavy equipment are allowed.  You’re welcome to join us for just the walking\, but if blazing is your thing\, a small tool belt with places for nails\, a hammer and a stockpile of blazes is recommended.  Please meet us at the lower Moose Hill Road entrance to Westwoods\, just across from Landon’s Way.  [est 1-1/2  – 2 hours]

Guilford Cub Scouts will be joining us on these hikes\, but everyone is welcome.  The hikes are moderate in length and pace\, with lots of time added to talk about the sights\, the environment\, and why Westwoods is so special. \nPlease get to the trailhead about 10 minutes ahead of hike start times.
