Presentation – Connecticut Forest Health Challenges in the 21st Century

CT Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) Service Forester David Irvin will be giving a presentation to the GLCT community. The event will feature a one-hour talk followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and discussion. Topics will include an overview of CT forest history, the state of our forests today, some of the health issues they face (including threats to various wildlife species), and the importance of forest management in addressing these issues. This event is open to Guilford Land Conservation Trust members, property stewards, and guests.
