** Westwoods West Hike Cancelled: Due to the recent heavy snow creating challenging trail conditions, the GLCT’s Westwoods West hike scheduled for Sunday, February 01 at 10 AM has been cancelled. We appreciate your understanding. **

Join GLCT Director David Grigsby and Secretary Sarah Williams for a 1.5-hour exploration of Westwoods, including GLCT’s new acquisition off of Moose Hill Rd. The Purple Trail meanders through this special property, where we will see hemlocks, small waterfalls, and caves. We will circle back using the Green and Yellow Trails. Expect roots, rocks, mud, and a few steep climbs on this hike. Meet at the southern Moose Hill Road entrance (across from Landon’s Way). Heavy rain cancels. Contact: 203.915.0663
