With the passing of summer we see more sparkling clear days.  Such clear days are perfect for hiking up Bluff head, the highest point in Guilford.  At the top you will be above the 500 the foot trap rock cliffs looking out over Meyer Huber Pond and a vast expanse of woodlands preserved by the Land Trust, and the Town.  If you have chosen your day well, you will be able to see the office towers in Hartford to the north,  the waters of Long Island Sound glistening to the south, and lots of color below.
