Saturday October 1 @ 8:30 AM – Postponed due to weather

The Guilford High School Environmental Club has once again volunteered to help us on the Dudley-Barrows property, this time doing a trail sweep to clean up any remaining residue from the storm in August.   Beyond that, there’s also a fair amount of summer overgrowth (especially at the trailheads) which needs to be pruned, and any spare time can be directed toward cutting back invasives surrounding the little pond.  So there’s plenty to do.  Please come and join the students, as they continue their stewardship efforts with this property.  Meet at the Dudley Farm parking lot (at the NE corner of Rt. 80 and Rt. 77) at 8:30AM.  Bring work gloves and any hand tools you’re comfortable using … we expect many people, so bring extra tools to share, but please mark them with your name so you actually get them returned.
