This is a special work party, sponsored by BIMBLERS BASH participants, to help in the maintenance of the West Woods Trails network. Continued clearing of a new trail entrance into the Westwoods from the little Red Barn south of the Cox School entrance on Three Mile Course. The trail will follow the edge of the Cox school yard and proceed back to the soccer fields. Just behind the southern goal, the trail will traverse the back side of the Medad property (by permission of the Keeping Society) and follow the old Pent Road, then cross GLCT’s overgrown field and link into the Red Square trail. Mostly small brush and branches to be cut, although some larger trees and rose bushes will need to be removed.
